Ascension: the raising of our personal energetic frequencies. 

This occurs in deep states of meditation when we bring in layers of Light from our Spiritual bodies down into our physical form integrating more of our true spiritual essence into our beings. This expands our auric fields and chakra systems, and activate our dormant strands of DNA. This allows us to move into higher states of consciousness, accessing a new realty, or dimension within ourselves. Higher doesn’t mean better each of us has the same infinite potential. Greater conciseness means a greater connection to Source and a deeper understanding of the Universe. Ascension and the raising of our vibration through meditation is a personal choice. 

 

This is an Alchemical process of body, mind and spirit.

 

A daily meditation practice is essential for ascension. Be still and quiet for about 20 minutes, with a focus on deep breathing at least once in the midst of your day. It does not have to be a particular style of meditation or anything fancy, but Spirit wants our physical bodies and minds to be very still, peaceful and quiet so that Source can work with us. 

 

As we meditate and ascend we transcend Karma.

 

Things of our lower vibration will begin to release: relationships, jobs, activities, limiting belief systems, place of residence, etc may no longer serve our highest good. 

 

Meditation raises the vibration of your entire being bringing in more of your true Spiritual Essence

 

Your INTENTION, your active participation in the clearing of your chakras and energy fields, the expansion of your consciousness, and the raising of the physical body’s vibration is all that is required of you. 

 

Have faith in yourself and the Universe - trusting that everything that needs to be shown to you will be shown, everything that needs to be cleared and released will be, and everything that needs to be provided will be provided. Everything is in divine order, and each of us is lovingly guided and cared for. We have tremendous support from the spiritual realm if we wish to receive it.

 

Practical tips for Raising Your Vibration:

 

Be mindful and aware of your emotional and mental state at all times: 

We must master our mind in order to live a more empowered life. Be aware of the thoughts you think and ask yourself WHY you are thinking them. Begin to question why you think things is a great way to start opening your third eye. Intuition and our inner guidance speaks through the feelings and emotions in our hearts not our minds. Begin to understand the difference between thinking with your head (mentally) and thinking with your heart (intuitively). Know thy self.

 

Release things that no longer serve you. 

Forgive people in your heart, every day if you have to. Bless them and release them with love knowing they are no longer serving your highest good. These low-vibrational habits may include: Old outdated distorted belief systems, low vibrational habits, addictions, high stress/fast paced lifestyle; co-dependent toxic relationships that have had their time; and jobs that no longer fulfill your soul.

 

Come to Acceptance Every Day. 

Accept and acknowledge the reality around you. Take responsibility for co-creating the world that you are currently living. Change Your belief systems (BS) about Fear. During this time of acceleration, each of us are re-experiencing lifetimes of deeply ingrained fears. Be kind to yourself, this is an intense process. Simply remember who you are - a Goddess. Acknowledge your fears and release them or go towards them because fear is a beacon calling you towards a better life. On the other side of fear is always transformation.

 

Create Positive Belief System for Your Self

    Are your belief systems limiting you? Whether you believe you can or you believe you can’t - either way you’re right. Make sure your belief systems are your own and not someone else’s. 

 

Stay Grounded and Centered to the Earth (Patchamama, Mother Earth)

    Evaluate your Vibration at all times and connect to nature as often as you can. As we integrate into higher frequencies, we will need to be proactive in keeping ourselves grounded in our bodies and fully present in the NOW moment. Visualize yourself growing energetic roots deep into the Earth every morning when you get out of bed. Connect with nature and the Earth every day.

 

Take the Time to Breathe Deeply Every Day

Too many people are shallow breathers, meaning they don’t take deep enough breaths. Every time you have a moment where you are waiting ie: waiting in line, traffic, in between appointments etc, take a few moments to breathe deeply. Taking in this extra oxygen will invigorate your brain, refresh your senses and calm your emotional state. Take the moments to mediate and breathe throughout your day. 

 

Eat Organic, Raw Living Foods

Think of your food as energetic information. When slaughtered and tortured animals are consumed it clogs our physical body and chakra channels with lower-vibrational energy. When we consume large quantities of plants and fruit we alkalize the body and cleanse the organs, brain and blood. This decalcifies the Pineal Gland and opens the third eye to many beautiful organic downloads. The cleaner and greener you eat the more the intuitive gifts are released.
